Led by Rachel Postler, certified expressive art facilitator currently pursuing her MA in Art TherapyJoin us for a 2-hour creative retreat where we’ll make personal art pieces to explore whatever life season you’re in right now. No artistic skill required, just curiosity.Whether you’re facing challenges like grief, job changes, health issues, or celebrating new beginnings, answered prayers, or seasons of abundance, we’ll use simple art materials to create a visual “map” of your current experience. This hands-on process often helps people gain clarity, process emotions, and hear God’s voice in new ways. Many find that working with their hands quiets their inner critic and opens space for the Holy Spirit to speak. Here’s what we’ll do: Using provided art supplies (paper, textures, colors, simple materials), we’ll work through a gentle process together—naming where you are now, acknowledging confusion or clarity, expressing honest feelings to God, noticing how God provides daily, growing in trust, and glimpsing hope ahead. You’ll create something to take home that captures your spiritual journey. This is for all experience levels. Come as you are, and discover how creativity can become a form of prayer and reflection.Childcare provided.Location: Mill City Church – Great RoomSign up here
