Mill City Church Crisis Response Projects:

Mill City Church is partnering with multiple immigrant churches as well as our local bilingual school trying to meet all the needs that have been emerging. Gifts to the Mill City Church “Here For Good” initiative will help us continue to say yes to every need brought to us. 

Weekly Grocery Runs – We are partnering with Pastor Joel Ramirez, who leads Iglesia Centro Cristiano De Minneapolis. When Mill City Church started 17 years ago, Pastor Joel was one of the NE area pastors who prayed with our pastors weekly! We are thankful for the trust he is extending to us as partners. Every Tuesday, we provide grocery packs to volunteers from Pastor Joel’s church, who pick up the food and deliver it to homes in their community and to several other churches. Grassroots Support For Neighbors – We have set up a WhatsApp Rapid Response group to connect those in need with those who have the resources or connections to meet those needs. It’s been amazing to see how God is working through each other to meet needs quickly and personally because of existing relationships. 

Financial Support – As you can imagine, there are a lot of ways to support people financially in this season. Mill City has gotten many requests from our partners, and we will continue to support the requests made of us.
