CarePortal is care-sharing technology that drives action for local children and families in crisis. Requests come from child-serving professionals, who vet the needs before entering them to CarePortal. CarePortal then shares those needs with a network of local churches, businesses and individuals who want to help, but need a way to connect. Kristin Broten the regional manager for CarePortal in Hennepin County will be conducting an info session after each service. We are looking to partner with them and we are looking folks who are interested in joining the team.
