We are so excited to welcome Carleigh McCormick to Mill City!

Over the years we have had so many faithful team members serving at Mill City. Did you know that right now we have around 240 people serving on various teams throughout the month?! These are folks that are equipping our community to connect with each other and with God. Our biggest question was, as our church continues to grow, how can we continue to care for and empower our team members?

Enter Carleigh.

Carleigh joins the Mill City staff with over 15 years of Ministry experience working in various churches and non-profits. She has her Master’s degree in Transformational Leadership and is passionate about building and developing teams. Carleigh is highly relational and enjoys helping people get connected and learn what their gifts are and how to use them for the Kingdom.

Carleigh has a big heart for walking with others through all of the things life can bring about, especially the difficult things. In addition to working with our team members, she’ll be stepping into Sacred Ceremonies as well (such as weddings and funerals).

She is thrilled to be joining the Mill City staff. In our first staff meeting, Carleigh share how she has always heard amazing things about Mill City and “how well they love one another and love their community.”

In her spare time Carleigh loves watching football and basketball, going to concerts, trying new restaurants, seeing movies (specifically in the theatre with buttered popcorn and a Diet Coke), spending time with her nephews and niece, and spending time with friends.
