We are so excited to welcome Carleigh McCormick to Mill City!

Over the years we have had so many faithful team members serving at Mill City. Did you know that right now we have around 240 people serving on various teams throughout the month?! These are folks that are equipping our community to connect with each other and with God. It’s a part of being a disciple of Jesus! Our biggest question was, as our church continues to grow, how can we continue to empower & support our team members?

Enter Carleigh.

Carleigh joins the Mill City staff with over 15 years of Ministry experience working in various churches and non-profits. She has her Master’s degree in Transformational Leadership from Bethel Seminary and is passionate about building and developing teams. Carleigh is highly relational and enjoys helping people get connected and learn what their gifts are and how to use them for the Kingdom.

Carleigh has a big heart for walking with others through all of the things life can bring about, especially the difficult things. In addition to working with our team members, she’ll be learning from Heidi Macias and stepping into leadership in the area of Sacred Ceremonies as well (such as weddings and funerals).

Amy Corriher will continue in her role as our Community Life Director – she is passing off teams to Carleigh so she can focus on the growing work supporting events, groups, and equipping!

Carleigh is thrilled to be joining the Mill City staff! In her first staff meeting, Carleigh shared how she has always heard amazing things about Mill City and “how well you love one another and love your community.”

In her spare time Carleigh loves watching football and basketball, going to concerts, trying new restaurants, seeing movies (specifically in the theatre with buttered popcorn and a Diet Coke), spending time with her nephews and niece, and spending time with friends.

Carleigh will be at all the services on Sunday and would love to meet you! Come say hi to her at the Connections Table in the Great Room!
